The exhibition makes visible everyday life, the cultural and political contributions of women in a more than 2000 years historical development of Middle Franconia. It shows places in the region where women have worked.
The exhibition started in the House of Franconian History at Abenberg Castle in March 2003.
In so far 9 presentations at exhibition sites in Middle Franconia, the exhibition has also been integrated partly into permanent museum exhibitions, see Schnaittach Museum of Local History, Jewish Museum Franconia.
